The practice of ghost-writing begins with meeting wide variety of people. Along face-to-face audio-recorded interviews, you will compile their story as they recall from their memories. You will transcribe successive chapters of their life, souvenirs, and opinions. Depending on their needs, you could instead work from a manuscript entrusted to you, and guide the relevant autobiography to completion. These books, that you will have contributed to, could be published ; but they will more likely be dedicated to family or friends.

If you want to learn the necessary skills, quickly, then attend my one-to-one training "From voice to paper". Within days, you will be able - step by step - to perform as a freelance private writer. You will get in touch with the recurring matters of the profession, and become prepared to overcome them.

According to your own language, This individual course (hereunder schedule) is delivered in either French or English. It can easily be performed by Skype with screen-sharing. This method was particularly suitable during the Covid pandemic. It remains highly efficient and user-friendly.

My hourly rate is 50 €. The usual duration is around fifteen hours, but can be easily adapted according to demand.
